Assistive listening devices are available at Guest Services (Main Level Portal Y/Door 4) free of charge. A valid driver license or credit card will be held as a security deposit.
Accessible parking spaces are available in the Park Place parking lot located to the northeast of Delta Center on South Temple. These spots are on a first-come, first-served basis at event or daily pricing.
Delta Center has many accessible seating options available in multiple locations throughout Delta Center. Guests who purchased non-accessible seats and need accessible seats can exchange (subject to availability) the tickets at the Delta Center Guest Services on event day.
Sign language interpreters must be requested 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the performer or event management. For details, please contact Guest Services by calling (801) 325-2052.
Guests may use the passenger drop-off zone on 300 West. Due to postgame traffic, this area may not be accessible for pick-up.
Guests in need of a wheelchair may request wheelchair assistance courtesy of Delta Center. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for transporting guests to/from their seats. Guests may arrange wheelchair assistance by contacting any Guest Services or Event Security team member. In addition, wheelchair assistance can be arranged by calling Guest Services at (801) 325-2052. This hotline is only available to the general public on event days from the time doors open until the conclusion of the event.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by guests who are at least 21 years old and have proper legal identification. During Utah Jazz home games, alcohol sales cease at the end of the third quarter. For all other events, alcohol sales cease approximately 60 minutes prior to the end of any event. Outside alcohol may not be brought into any event at Delta Center.
Delta Center strongly encourages all guests to drink responsibly when consuming alcoholic beverages. A summary of alcohol serving and consumption policies is listed below.
During Utah Jazz home games, alcohol sales cease at the end of the third quarter. For all other events, alcohol sales cease approximately 60 minutes prior to the end of any event. Management reserves the right to cease alcohol sales at their discretion.
While animals and pets are not allowed to enter the arena, trained service animals or service animals in-training for guests with disabilities are welcome in all areas of the arena to which the public is invited. Service animals must be maintained on a leash at all times unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers. Guests with disabilities are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and for any damage caused by the service animals.
Delta Center is equipped with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) throughout the arena. In the event of an emergency, contact any Guest Services or Event Security team member for immediate assistance. These devices are located at or near the locations listed below.

As a convenience for our guests with small children, baby changing stations are located in most men’s and women’s restrooms and all family restrooms. Please contact the nearest Guest Services or Event Security team member for assistance.
Bags (including purses) will not be allowed at Delta Center. Diaper bags and medical bags will be allowed if they are no larger than 14”x14”x6”. Clutches will be allowed but must be no larger than 4”x6”x2”. Please note that all medical and diaper bags will be X-rayed upon entrance. Bag X-rays are only located at Door 5 (the main entrance on the North East corner of the arena).
Hand-held signs or posters are allowed for most shows and events, unless otherwise specified by team, event and/or arena management. All signs or posters should promote fan support and follow the list of guidelines stated below.
Small instamatic or digital cameras with extended lenses are welcome inside Delta Center. Professional and/or commercial cameras with interchangeable/detachable lenses, as well as all audio and video recording devices, are prohibited. Professional photography, monopods or tripods, and any equipment that may obstruct the view of any other guest are prohibited. In accordance with Delta Center bag policy no camera bags will be allowed.
To limit contact and to get you back to the action faster, Delta Center is a cash-free environment for all purchases. Fans will only be able to use credit, debit and prepaid cards—as well as mobile payment options like the Utah Jazz + Delta Center app’s digital wallet and Jazz Notes. For your convenience, there are five Cash-to-Card machines inside the arena:
All children under the age of 24 months may enter any event free of charge, but they must share a seat with an accompanying ticketed adult. Children 24 months and older are required to provide a ticket upon entry.
Delta Center and the Utah Jazz participate in the MillerCoors Refresh Responsibly Program. This initiative is designed to encourage guests to be responsible designated drivers. Guests who are 21 years of age or older and wish to participate may visit the Coors Light Designated Driver Booth on the main level near Portal X/Door 3 for more information.
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are available to assist any guest in need. A First Aid Station is located on the Main Level near Portal L. In the event of an emergency, please contact any Guest Services or Event Security team member for assistance.

The arena staff has been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard or Guest Services staff member or by sending a text to 801-901-8111 or at www.deltacenter.com/feedback. Guests who choose not to adhere to this code of conduct will be subject to ejection, without refund, and revocation of season tickets. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

New mobile food and beverage ordering system at Delta Center. All orders will be placed via the Jazz App, https://www.deltacenter.com/order, QR codes located near concession locations, or the self-service kiosks located around the arena.
Ordering alcoholic beverages is currently unavailable via the mobile ordering system. Purchase will require ordering in-person with a valid ID at select locations throughout Delta Center.

All items are held for 30 days, with unclaimed items being donated to charity after that period.

The Utah Jazz and Cozy Earth are dedicated to creating spaces that prioritize both the comfort and safety for families visiting Delta Center. Designed to meet the growing needs of mothers and infants attending Utah Jazz games, concerts, and other public events at Delta Center, the six Cozy Earth Mother’s Rooms are located on the main concourse near door 1 and door 7 and on level 5 next to the Sensory Room. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, featuring newly upgraded seating areas, TVs, sinks, and full-length mirrors, as well as Cozy Earth products that elevate the space and provide mothers with a world-class experience.
Delta Center features more than 10,000 parking spaces within a two-block radius, including parking for guests with disabilities. Please note that most parking locations no longer accept cash. Prices and parking availability vary by event.

Vivint Gives Back Sensory Room
Vivint Gives Back is bringing families and technology together to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with intellectual disabilities. We want all Jazz fans to feel at home when they visit Delta Center. The Vivint Gives Back Sensory room is designed so that all of the sensory components work together to provide a safe space for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This sensory room will be a place for these individuals to unwind, breathe and feel at home while they’re at the arena. The Vivint Give Back Sensory Room is located on the Upper Concourse (between Portals LL and MM) during any arena event.
KultureCity + Vivint Gives Back Sensory Bags
The Utah Jazz, Vivint Gives Back and KultureCity have partnered to make all events at Delta Center sensory inclusive. Guests attending events at Delta Center can check out a KultureCity + Vivint Give Back Sensory bag equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools and verbal cue cards for those who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Sensory Bags can be checked out at Guest Services located on the Main Concourse across from Portal Y/Door 4 free of charge. A valid driver license or credit card will be held as a security deposit .
In compliance with the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act, Delta Center is a smoke-free arena with a designated smoking area. Guests may access this designated smoking area by stepping outside of Door 9 on the Main Level during an event. E-cigarettes are prohibited inside but are permitted in the designated smoking area. Guests must be 25 feet away from the building when smoking.
Introducing an all-new arena experience at Delta Center, the Teebox Lounge. Perfect for a large group, the box fits up to 60 people in a private space. In the lounge, you’ll find two golf simulators, a putting green, food and beverages, and a cash bar. Watch the game in your included arena seats, and enjoy the lounge, all in one unforgettable game day experience.
On Sale: All non-Jazz events on the first day of general public sales are only available for purchase online at www.deltacenter.com.

For the safety of all our guests, firearms, knives and weapons of any kind are prohibited. Any guest presenting a game or event ticket consents to a reasonable search for weapons of any kind before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in ejection or no admittance.

All tickets are digital and no paper tickets will be used at Delta Center. Digital tickets allow for contactless entry and allow you to manage, access, transfer, and sell your tickets from the Utah Jazz App.
