SeatGeek is Now the Ticketing Provider at Delta Center  

Easy-to-follow instructions for setting up an account available at DeltaCenter.com 

SeatGeek is now the Official Ticketing Provider of Delta Center and the Utah Jazz, and all events at the arena beginning on Wednesday, Oct. 11 will require ticket holders to access tickets using a SeatGeek account. 

Individuals who purchased a ticket to a Delta Center event on Ticketmaster will need to create a SeatGeek account to access tickets and ensure a seamless arrival at the arena for their event. 

To get started creating an account with SeatGeek, click here and enter the same email address linked to your Ticketmaster account. This will generate an email that will guide you through instructions on how to complete the setup process. These steps are also listed here:

Step 1. Click here to be directed to SeatGeek

Step 2. Enter your email address and click “Continue”

Step 3. You will receive an email from SeatGeek. Open this email and click “Connect”

Step 4. Click “Register” to create your SeatGeek account or “Login” if you already have an account

Step 5. Using the same email address you input in step 2, create your SeatGeek account

Step 6. A screen will appear showing your Delta Center account and your SeatGeek account both associated with the same email address. Click “Connect”

After you have successfully linked your accounts, your tickets will be visible in your SeatGeek account.

The box office at Delta Center opens at 1:00 p.m. on an event day. Beginning at that time, arena ambassadors will be available in the Ticket Resolutions line at the box office at Door 5, the main gate at Delta Center where the Jazz note is on the plaza (301 W. South Temple). These representatives can help set up a SeatGeek account to access event tickets purchased previously on Ticketmaster. 

Last year, SeatGeek and the Utah Jazz announced a multi-year partnership in which SeatGeek became the Official Ticketing Provider for the Utah Jazz and Delta Center. SeatGeek technology will power all events, comedians and concerts at the arena moving forward. This includes all Utah Jazz home games, beginning with the Jazz preseason games at Delta Center on Saturday, Oct. 14 and Monday, Oct. 16.
