SEG Foundation Begins Monthly Statewide Initiatives for 2025-26 Season
The All In On Utah campaign supports an organization or cause each month during the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth seasons
November initiative connects Utahns to the local Ice Age history behind the new Mammoth team identity
SALT LAKE CITY (November 13, 2025) – Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) today announced the return of its All In On Utah campaign from the SEG Foundation that celebrates and supports the people and causes that make Utah an incredible place to live. Each month during the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth seasons, the Foundation selects a different Utah-based organization or cause to champion through funding and volunteer support. Launched last year alongside the creation of the SEG Foundation, All In On Utah unites fans, players, and partners of the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth through service, philanthropy, and hands-on community involvement.
“The SEG Foundation was created to rally behind the people and causes that make Utah such an amazing place,” said Ryan and Ashley Smith, co-founders of Smith Entertainment Group. “The SEG Foundation’s motto, All In On Utah, is about showing up for each other. That means investing in our community and making a lasting impact that reaches every corner of this amazing state.”
To kick off the 2025-26 season, the SEG Foundation donated hundreds of classroom kits to teachers in the Jordan School District and united with Utah leaders from business, government, philanthropy, and nonprofit sectors to collectively contribute $250,000 to Utah’s Child Nutrition Programs.
Beginning Nov. 24 through Jan. 4, 2026, the SEG Foundation will launch the Utah Mammoth Museum Quest, an interactive, educational experience that connects fans to the Ice Age history that inspired the Utah Mammoth brand and identity. Through a partnership with 10 museums across the state, Utah residents can explore the science, discovery sites, and fossil evidence that connects the mammoth to Utah’s past.

“We’re excited about this new partnership because it invites Utahns to their local museums to learn more about the history of the mammoth in the state and region,” said Ryan and Ashley Smith. “Our hope is that the museum experiences spark curiosity, pride, and an even deeper connection to the Utah Mammoth for fans across the state.”
Each participating museum will receive a grant from the SEG Foundation to offer discounted admission, making the quest accessible for families statewide. Visitors to each museum will receive a free Utah Mammoth gift, while supplies last. Fans may also be entered to win a grand prize drawing for a VIP experience at the Mammoth game on Jan. 17 against the Seattle Kraken at Delta Center, as well as a behind-the-scenes tour of the Natural History Museum of Utah. Additional prizes will be awarded at each museum location to runner-ups who entered for the VIP experience.
The Utah Mammoth Museum Quest will also come to life at two Mammoth home games this season – first on Nov. 24 against the Vegas Golden Knights, and again on Jan. 17 when the team takes on the Seattle Kraken. At both games, museums from across the state will transform the main concourse of Delta Center into a mobile museum experience, complete with live paleontologists, interactive exhibits, educational displays, and authentic mammoth fossils – creating a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore Utah’s Ice Age history while cheering on the team.
By bringing together sports, science, and local history, the Utah Mammoth Museum Quest underscores the SEG Foundation’s commitment to education and community – bridging the excitement of Utah’s NHL franchise with the herds of mammoth who claimed Utah as their home more than 10,000 years ago.
The SEG Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was established in October 2024 to serve as the primary vehicle for Smith Entertainment Group’s philanthropic work. During the 2024-25 season, nearly 60,000 families and individuals and 11 community organizations were directly impacted by the SEG Foundation as part of its monthly initiatives.
