Maroon 5 recently previewed their new album with the infectious single “Priceless,” a collaboration with LISA of Blackpink, which brought together two global pop stars whose voices are known & loved by generations of fans around the world. Billboard called the track “a major pop crossover moment” while Rolling Stone proclaimed it an “infectious pop song”. “Priceless” shot to Top 15 at Pop Radio following its release and featured a playful and stylish music video directed  by Aerin Moreno (Tate McRae, Tyla) that was shot in downtown Los Angeles on 35mm film and visually gave a nod to the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

Said Adam Levine, “I feel like we’ve gone back to what we used to do, which is to not pay attention to where we fit and producing the music organically. This is kind of how we stuck out in the beginning when we first started our career.

Maroon 5’s new album Love is Like marks a return-to-form for the Diamond-Certified group and their first LP since 2021’s  JORDI. With their new music the group highlights their roots, while subtly expanding their sound on their newly released magnetic single “All Night”. The track spotlights Adam Levine’s rhythmic vocal hooks, layered over bass, percussion, synths, and saxophone. To herald in the album’s release, Maroon 5 are set to perform live from Rockefeller Plaza as part of the Citi Concert Series on TODAY on Friday, August 1. ABOUT MAROON 5

Maroon 5 stands out as not only one of pop music’s most enduring artists, but also one of the 21st century’s biggest acts. Frontman Adam Levine has indelibly impacted the face of modern popular music with his characteristic falsetto, which is the infectious driving force behind the band’s hit anthems and heartfelt ballads all of which has helped propel Maroon 5 into becoming one of the most successful worldwide acts in today’s popular music.  The band won over fans and critics alike with the hybrid rock/R&B sound they introduced on their debut album, Songs About Jane. In 2025, Billboard named the three-timed GRAMMY Award winning group the top band (and #11 overall top artist) of the 21st Century. To date, they have sold 100+ million albums and 750 million+ singles, earned RIAA certifications in more than 35 countries, and charted 32 records on the Billboard Hot 100. Among these hits, three are U.S. Diamond-Certified (10x Platinum), and 26 are U.S. Platinum-certified. Maroon 5 hold the record for “most #1’s on the Hot 100 this century by a duo or group,” the Pop Airplay record for the “most #1 hits among pop duos or groups” with 11, and the record for “most #1 hits on Adult Pop Airplay” with 15. Maroon 5 currently have amassed over 30 billion combined streams on Spotify with 12 songs reaching over 1 billion streams each. On YouTube, the band has reached over 30 billion views across all videos, including four songs with over 1 billion views each. Maroon 5 remains a powerhouse on the road. The band launched their Las Vegas Residency, M5LV, in 2023 to rave reviews from fans and critics alike with Billboard crowning the group “a perfect fit for a Las Vegas residency.” Maroon 5 returned to Las Vegas for more dates in May 2024 into the spring of 2025 that culminated with 40 shows and continue to play stadiums around the world.

Smith Entertainment Group Partners with Fanatics to Transform Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth Fan Shopping Experiences

Cutting-edge technology, expanded lineup of premium brands, exclusive products, and more to elevate in-store and online shopping experience for fans

Partnership includes development of new flagship retail destination at Delta Center and launch of innovative e-commerce sites

SALT LAKE CITY (May 30, 2025) – Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) today announced a comprehensive long-term partnership establishing Fanatics as the official omnichannel retail partner for both the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth. Through this new deal, Fanatics will manage the end-to-end retail operations for SEG’s NBA and NHL franchises – from newly designed e-commerce platforms to the full suite of in-venue retail experiences at Delta Center – providing fans with a seamless, consistent shopping experience regardless of how they shop for team merchandise.

“Fanatics is a global leader in sports apparel design, manufacturing, and merchandising, and we are thrilled to leverage their expertise to offer fans a completely reimagined, tech-forward shopping experience across all retail touchpoints,” said Chris Barney, president of revenue and commercial strategy for Smith Entertainment Group. “As we continue to invest in the fan experience at Delta Center and beyond, our retail strategy plays a key role in pushing boundaries and redefining how fans connect with our teams for years to come.”

Beginning June 1, Fanatics will assume operations of all retail locations throughout Delta Center, including the Team Store, presented by American Express, on the main concourse, as well as the storefront on Level 5. To prepare for the transition, the Team Store inside Delta Center will be temporarily closed to fans starting June 2, before it reopens on June 9.

As early as August 2025, fans who visit the Team Store will have access to an expanded selection of captivating Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth merchandise – including premium headwear, collectibles and memorabilia, and lifestyle accessories – from industry-leading brands such as Fanatics, Nike, New Era, Mitchell & Ness, ’47, and WinCraft. Replica and authentic jerseys for both the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth will be available for purchase starting in the 2025-26 season; specifics on timing for those items will be shared at a later date. In addition, Fanatics is developing Utah-inspired collections and exclusive collaborations that authentically celebrate the state and resonate with fans.

“Utah is rapidly emerging as one of America’s most passionate sports markets, and Fanatics is honored to officially join forces with Smith Entertainment Group,” said Ed O’Brien, Fanatics SVP of Business Development. “We’re committed to providing an unparalleled retail experience, delivering exceptional products for Jazz and Mammoth fans of all ages – whether in the arena, online, or anywhere they choose to shop.”

This summer, www.JazzTeamStore.com will officially launch as the team’s new online shopping destination powered by Fanatics’ proprietary Cloud Commerce Platform (CCP). The Mammoth online store, www.Shop.NHL.com/Utah-Mammoth, will operate through the league-wide NHL Shop network powered by Fanatics. These storefronts will feature responsive interfaces optimized across all devices, personalized fan experiences through AI integration, and streamlined checkout with expanded payment options.

As part of Delta Center’s multi-year transformation, Fanatics will gradually introduce a number of innovative retail technologies inside the Team Store, including Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID), offering fans faster and more efficient automated processes for checking out. In addition, SEG and Fanatics will work together to build out a new, state-of-the-art flagship store, redesigned to reflect a modern, immersive environment that showcases Utah’s rich cultural identity and sports legacy, and set a new standard for sports retail.

Fanatics is a longstanding partner of the NHL, serving as the league’s official outfitter of on-ice uniforms and exclusive e-commerce operator and the e-commerce operator for all NHL teams through the NHL Shop platform. Fanatics also serves as the NBA’s official e-commerce partner. The Mammoth becomes the fourth NHL club for which Fanatics operates in-venue retail, while the Jazz join as Fanatics’ 12th NBA partner, eight of which are omnichannel.

May 29, 2025—On the heels of announcing her highly anticipated forthcoming album A Matter of Time, coming August 22, and its lead single “Tough Luck,” GRAMMY®-winning Icelandic-Chinese artist, composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Laufey has confirmed the “A Matter of Time Tour” in partnership with AEG Presents. Starting in September, the tour will see Laufey bringing her enchanting and theatrical live show to her largest North American venues to date including Madison Square Garden in New York City, Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Capital One Arena in Washington DC, TD Garden in Boston, among others, as well as the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado. Suki Waterhouse (Memoir of a Sparklemuffin, I Can’t Let Go) will support on all dates. The

Artist Presale along with VIP Package sales begin Tuesday, June 3 at 10AM local time with General Onsale starting Friday, June 6 at 10AM local time. Sign up for early access to tickets at http://amatteroftimetour.com/.

\Additionally, Laufey recently announced The Laufey Foundation, with the primary mission of supporting young musicians with the resources they need, especially through youth orchestras, to reach their full potential. $1 of each ticket sold on the “A Matter of Time Tour’ will go towards The Laufey Foundation.

As Laufey began to craft A Matter of Time, she felt freer than ever. “Every new album for me is a blank book of stories to write,” she says, and it’s true. An artist who pours her life experiences into her work, she infused 2022’s Everything I Know About Love with coming-of-age tales revolving around leaving home, and for 2023’s GRAMMY®-winning Bewitched she dove headlong into young love. Brought to life with sweeping orchestral arrangements, interwoven strains of bossa nova and jazz, and Laufey’s honeyed alto, those albums cemented Laufey as a star who can make sounds from bygone eras feel timeless.

Now on A Matter of Time, Laufey further crystalizes her singular sound—one still rooted in her beloved influences, but which forgoes any strict standards or rules. “I’m constantly thinking about classical and jazz, how to properly preserve them and pay homage.” For this album she continues to do so while also noting, “I just wanted to let my heart wander.” To that end, she teamed with a pair of co-producers, one comforting and familiar—Spencer Stewart who worked with Laufey on her first two albums —and one new to her but deeply attuned to artists looking to open up: Aaron Dessner (Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran). Feeling sonically unrestrained gave Laufey the space to share new sides of herself while exploring sometimes heavier themes. “People expect a pretty façade of girly clothes, fantastical stories, and romantic music,” she says. “This time, I was interested in seeing how I could draw out the most flawed parts of myself and look at them directly in the mirror.” A Matter of Time finds Laufey at her most daring—and also playful—as she captures the experience of “real love” in its many forms and what it means to observe as it strips you down to your most vulnerable and anxious.

Watch Laufey perform “Tough Luck” on Jimmy Kimmel Live! HERE.

Laufey (pronounced lay-vay) has captivated a generation with virtuosic songs of love and self-discovery by manifesting her vision of jazz-and classical-infused pop music. She has become a bridge for the older music she adores, from Chet Baker to Carole King to Ravel, by offering her bold interpretation to a younger crop of listeners who have become deeply connected over time. This was all by design — Laufey’s self-assigned raison d’être — and it worked, allowing her to bring to life the whimsical universe known as “Laufey Land.”

Raised between Reykjavik and Washington, D.C., she learned piano and cello as a child, later studying at Berklee College of Music. There, she wrote her debut EP, 2021’s Typical of Me, whose striking single “Street by Street” debuted at No. 1 on Icelandic Radio—the first of many achievements that have grown to include 5 billion global streams, a social media audience of 25 million, the biggest jazz LP debut in Spotify history and an album in Billboard’s Top 20 (both for Bewitched), a growing pile of Platinum plaques, a Forbes 30 Under 30 designation, and being named one of TIME’s 2025 Women of the Year. She’s sold out the Hollywood Bowl, Radio City Music Hall, and London’s Royal Albert Hall; performed backed by the LA Phil, the National

Symphony Orchestra, and the China Philharmonic Orchestra; shared the stage with the likes of Jon Batiste and Raye; and collaborated on records with artists ranging from Beabadoobee to Norah Jones.

A Matter of Time is available for pre-order here.

Utah’s NHL Franchise Officially Named the Utah Mammoth

Team introduces permanent brand identity including colors, logos, and jersey designs

Utah Mammoth name chosen by fans following a 13-month process with four rounds of fan voting and more than 850,000 votes

First run of Utah Mammoth merchandise goes on sale in person today at 12 P.M. MT; online purchases to begin May 14

SALT LAKE CITY (May 7, 2025) – Today, Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) revealed the new name and permanent identity of Utah’s NHL franchise: the Utah Mammoth. More than 10,000 years ago, herds of mammoth claimed Utah as their home and, ever since, the mammoth has embodied strength, momentum, and an earth-shaking presence – qualities that are brought to life by the passion of Utah’s hockey fans and that mirror the franchise’s bold emergence into the NHL. In a process driven by the community, the Utah Mammoth name was chosen by fans during a 13-month process involving four rounds of fan voting and more than 850,000 votes.

“We couldn’t be more excited to launch the official name and marks for Utah’s NHL hockey team. When it came to naming the team, we did something unprecedented – going through four rounds of community voting, including getting feedback not only on potential names but also on potential logos. We love the passion of the people of Utah and the way they showed up for the team during its inaugural season and the energy they brought to voting on its permanent identity,” said Ryan and Ashley Smith, owners of the Utah Mammoth. “From day one, we committed that this team would be built with and for the people of Utah, and we are excited to celebrate today’s launch with the entire state. The community chose the Utah Mammoth, and it stands as a symbol of who we are, where we came from, and the unstoppable force we’re building together.”

Mammoth fossils have been found throughout Utah in Bear Lake, Fillmore, Orem, Park City, Lake Powell, and most notably Huntington Canyon, where a complete mammoth skeleton was discovered in 1988. These massive, resilient creatures stood over 14 feet tall, weighed up to 22,000 pounds, and used their curved tusks to dig through snow, fend off predators, and thrive in Utah’s glacial terrain. Evidence suggests mammoths charged in herds at speeds exceeding 25 miles per hour, comparable to the speeds reached by the fastest skaters in the NHL.

As part of today’s announcement, SEG introduced a full suite of brand elements including the primary logo for the franchise – the Mountain Mammoth – along with secondary marks and the Utah Badge:

  • The Mountain Mammoth logo captures the fierce power of the mammoth mid-charge, tusks up, and ready to attack. Within the mark are nods to the state including the Wasatch Mountain Range and snow-capped peaks that form the beast’s crown; the shape of Utah, which is subtly embedded in the mountain silhouette; and the curved tusk to form a bold “U.”

  • The secondary marks underscore the team’s identity and unwavering pride in the state and include the word “UTAH” with the Mammoth tusk embedded into the “U,” as well as the tusked “U” standing alone as a bold lettermark.

  • The Utah Badge is a classic emblem inspired by the UTAH stairstep design from the franchise’s inaugural season – paying homage to the history of hockey in the state and showcasing the club’s commitment to continuing to grow the game.

Accompanying the visual identity is a unique custom-designed typeface, Mammoth Sans, which features a 10-degree forward slant that mirrors Utah’s mountainous terrain and reflects the team’s relentless pursuit of progress. Details like the angled crossbars on the “A” and “H” serve as another visual link to the team’s inaugural lettering system and the steepness of Utah’s highest peaks.

The organization’s inaugural season color palette will remain at the center of the team’s permanent identity. The colors consist of Rock Black, representing the darkness of night in the mountains; Salt White, illustrating both the snow on Utah’s peaks and the famous salt flats; and Mountain Blue, a representation of Utah’s rich winter sports history and its clear skies for more than 230 days a year.

The team’s uniforms will retain the same striping design fans have come to love, now updated with Mammoth marks. The home jersey remains Rock Black, anchored by the Mountain Mammoth primary logo on the chest and Utah Badge on the shoulders. The away jersey continues in Salt White, featuring the inaugural season UTAH stairstep design with an updated typeface across the front and the Mountain Mammoth primary logo on each shoulder. Player numbers will be styled in the Mammoth Sans font, and “Est. 2024” will be stitched inside the collar of both jerseys – a tribute to the NHL’s arrival in Utah.

The team’s permanent brand identity was developed in collaboration with renowned design firm Doubleday & Cartwright.

Beginning today at 12 P.M. MT, fans can purchase a limited selection of first-run Utah Mammoth merchandise, including t-shirts, hats, and hoodies, exclusively at the Team Store inside Delta Center. Fans can also express their interest in being among the first to purchase a Utah Mammoth home jersey by filling out this form. Starting next week on May 14, items will be available for purchase online at www.NHLShop.com.

In the coming weeks, the Utah Mammoth will be announcing details surrounding a series of merchandise drops and community events happening across the state this summer, with the first taking place May 17 at the ice rinks at the SLC Sports Complex in Salt Lake City.

SALT LAKE CITY (April 30, 2025) – Today, Smith Entertainment Group (SEG) announced that it has begun the much-anticipated, multi-phase process to transform Delta Center into a state-of-the-art, dual-sport venue and anchor Utah’s NBA and NHL franchises in downtown Salt Lake City. The transformation includes the implementation of a revolutionary seating system that maintains close-to-the-action seating for Jazz fans and affords full views from every lower bowl seat for NHL games – preserving Delta Center’s famous game-night atmosphere while bolstering its reputation as the premier destination for concerts and entertainment in the region. Upon ultimate completion, the building itself will debut a new main entrance and outdoor plaza that provides a vibrant experience for ticket holders and downtown visitors alike.

Delta Center was originally built in 1991 as the home of the Utah Jazz, underwent a significant top-to-bottom renovation in 2017, and was modified again in 2024 to accommodate Utah’s new NHL team. The multi-year transformation that begins now will be the arena’s most extensive and innovative inside-out effort yet, centered on changing the geometry of the arena bowl to optimize hockey sightlines and enhance the overall experience.

“Adding an ice rink inside an existing basketball arena is an unthinkable feat given that an ice rink is nearly double the size of a basketball court. We are excited for the challenge as we kick off this never-before-done renovation project. This transformation will create the most compelling, welcoming, and exciting experience for hockey fans, while also allowing us to maintain the steep vertical seating for basketball that has made Delta Center such a dynamic venue with its loud atmosphere that energizes our players night after night,” said Ryan and Ashley Smith, co-founders of Smith Entertainment Group and owners of Delta Center. “By taking such significant steps to transform Delta Center into a world-class facility for both professional basketball and hockey, the Jazz and Utah’s NHL team will become anchors of downtown Salt Lake City for decades to come. And fans will be further immersed in the game night experience both inside and outside the arena as we work to reimagine the downtown experience of Utah’s capital city. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the 2025-26 seasons.”

SUMMER 2025 RENOVATION PLANS

Implementing an Innovative Riser System in the Lower Bowl

While most arenas that host basketball and hockey are designed to be hockey-first – which puts greater distance between basketball fans and the court – SEG is doing something that has never been done before in a dual-use basketball and hockey arena by creating the first-and-only retractable seating system that accommodates a nearly 12-foot variance in elevation between rink and court endlines to offer optimal sightlines for both the NBA and NHL. The innovative new system will keep the incredible viewing experience for Jazz fans that they have come to love while optimizing sightlines for NHL fans, with every seat in the lower bowl set to have a complete view of the ice at the start of the 2025-26 season. The new hockey configuration also adds capacity behind the goals and above and around the event tunnels on the north and south side of the lower bowl and improves access to seating behind the boards.

For basketball, the riser system will consist of 29 rows of retractable seats that extend over 28 feet from the Level 3 concourse down to the court behind each baseline – all designed to ensure the arena maintains its steep slope that will continue to put Jazz fans in incredibly close proximity to the court.

When all renovations are complete, seating capacity for hockey will increase from 11,131 to approximately 17,000 – with every seat in the upper and lower bowls having full views of both goals – and capacity for basketball will increase from 18,206 to nearly 19,000 seats.

SEG contracted with Michigan-based StageRight for this unique and innovative retractable seating system.

Elongating the Bowl and Raising Its Floor

To make room for the new riser system and the installation of a new ice floor slab, SEG is lengthening the arena bowl by approximately 12 feet at each end and raising the floor two feet. These changes will improve sightlines along the sidelines, in the corners, and throughout the upper and lower bowl, and set the stage for future upper bowl renovations.

Other Infrastructure Updates

Several other modifications taking place in 2025 are aimed at updating building infrastructure and creating new opportunities for entertainment. In addition to new premium spaces on Level 1, the restroom capacity at Delta Center will increase by 12%, and four new dehumidifiers will be installed to maintain excellent ice conditions in the arena at all times. This summer, SEG will also begin to construct a 450-stall parking structure, designed by Walter P. Moore, that will be completed in a future phase of construction.

LOOKING AHEAD

Major interior and exterior construction will continue during future NBA and NHL offseasons. Plans include adding an east-facing main entrance and plaza that will serve as a gateway to the heart of downtown; redesigning the existing plaza and concourses; and remodeling upper bowl seating to improve sightlines.

BUILDING ON 2024 ARENA UPGRADES

To accommodate Utah’s NHL team, SEG made initial updates to Delta Center in Summer 2024. These included adding a new home NHL locker room and team workout and treatment facilities, new visiting team locker rooms for the NBA and NHL, additional spaces for coaches and rooms for league officials, and a tunnel pathway adjacent to home and away team locker rooms that provide access to their respective benches. The Utah Jazz locker room was also redesigned. Inside the bowl, a new lighting system was installed to add vibrancy and enhance views for hockey, and broadcast platforms were expanded to make room for hockey cameras. The flagship Team Store located inside the main entrance nearly doubled in size, and several courtside suites were renovated.

REIMAGINING DOWNTOWN SALT LAKE CITY

The onset of Delta Center renovations also marks the official beginning of a large-scale effort to reimagine downtown Salt Lake City through the creation of a world-class sports, entertainment, culture, and convention district. The multi-block development will reconnect the east and west sides of the city’s downtown core, from Delta Center to the Salt Palace Convention Center. The new development is anticipated to increase visitation, bolster existing cultural assets, and create a more activated, connected, and family-friendly year-round downtown experience for decades to come.

SEG brought on three world-renowned groups to help drive the Delta Center transformation project: Utah-based Okland Construction is the general contractor; SCI Architects is the lead design firm; and CAA Icon serves as a strategic advisor.
